Okay, here’s the deal.
I tried keeping my site updated, but found myself spending more time updating MySpace, Flickr, Facebook, etc… so I’m trying this blog stuff instead. I actuall wanted to start a blog a while back but consider myself to be a singularly uninteresting person. Then, while surfing my usual forums and discussion sites, I noticed that there are lots of posts and questions from hobbyists (and even pros) that show misconceptions and lack of understanding of how photos, light, physics, etc.. work. So this is my blog. When I find something on the net that needs clarification, I’ll try to clarify it here. Not that I’ll direct the original poster here, But you’ll understand the subject better and wont be confused like him/her.
Sometimes posts will be technical(how do “guide numbers” work?), sometimes philosophical(what’s a “portrait?”) and sometimes just musings.
As to my images, I’ll just let you look at them on Flickr. That way I only need to update one site.
